Roy Tinkle, who is the Children’s Minister at Priceville Baptist Church, came to Cornerstone last year as a high school teacher. For the past 20 years he has served as teacher, principal, or pastor in several different ministries. His teaching positions gave him the experience he needed to teach several high school classes. The students love the extra things he uses to teach a concept. He and his wife Emily have seven children: Sarah, a teacher; Melissa Bobo; Joshua, John, (Bethel Baptist College); Laura, senior; Amy, seventh grade at Cornerstone; and Maggie, 4K class at Cornerstone. They have one grandchild.
